The location of the hotel was great, as it was very close to popular museums and attractions in the city. We enjoyed being able to easily visit the Titanic museum, Wonder Works, and other museums nearby. Additionally, the property was in a convenient location.
There were a couple of things that were missing during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. The kitchen didn't have any paper towels or tissues, and we also didn't have any shampoo available.

The location of the cabin was convenient, being only a short drive away from various attractions. The cabin itself was clean and well-organized, providing a comfortable stay. The amenities, such as board games, DVD players, and cable TV, ensured that there was always entertainment available for guests.
One downside was that communication regarding the gate code and door code was lacking, as guests had to call and ask for the information upon arrival.

We loved the cozy cabin with its well-decorated interiors, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious beds. The game room kept our kids entertained, and we enjoyed playing games together as a family. The attention to detail, like the special soaps and folded towels, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location in a gated community gave us a sense of safety, and being centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg made it convenient to explore both areas.
We felt very comfortable during our stay, with no complaints at all.
